These relate to the company’s local partners who are all waiting to commence operations. The agreements are valid and contractual and more local partners have been signed up to date. No monies was successfully raised since the reverse take over in November 2007 but the new structure will allow a better valuation of the company’s business model and thereby successful fundraising which in turn will commence the operation of all local partners agreements.
