We have in the actual AGM the Resolutions 5 and 6 to allot the
Directors to issue the outstanding 300 Mio if necessary. In
November 2008 200 Million shares were issued. When was it
authorised in an AGM?

This was authorised at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
November 2007.
