Why is MNH listed in the Open Market in Frankfurt? This is the
segment, where many fake companies are acting. Also it is the
segment, where many speculators can play with the share price. Was
it a fast shot without knowing what is going on in the Open Market
segment?
Answer:
The ambition of the Board was to use the Open Market as the very
first step to the listing process of the company. Once the company
acquires other companies and completes the formation of an enhanced
Board of Directors, the intention is to move the company to Entry
Standard.
